Returns & Exchanges

We will accept an exchange on any clothing item as long as it has not been washed or worn and it is in its original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the exchange to be fully processed & reshipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

We are very sorry for the inconvenience!  We will need you to send the damaged item back to us, once we receive the return package you will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs & a non-damaged item will be shipped.

Please follow the steps below:

1 ) On the back of your invoice is our returns/exchange form. Please complete this using the DAMAGED reason code.

2)  Return the item and the completed form using one of the following shipping methods:

Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return package.
9oh1TheLabel cannot be held responsible for any returned package unless the customer has obtained proof of delivery.

Please do not use any expedited shipping methods such as 2nd day air or 3 day shipping. We will NOT be able to offer a full refund on any expedited shipping methods.
